Absolutely. Tracie works with buyers moving to the Treasure Valley from other states, helping them get oriented to the area and coordinating each step of the purchase from a distance.

What happens after my offer is accepted?
You’ll move into the contract phase: inspection, appraisal, and final loan approval, followed by a final walkthrough and closing day. A dedicated Transaction Coordinator keeps the paperwork on track while Tracie stays involved throughout.
