Eagle has one of the widest price ranges in the metro. You can find entry-level townhomes and smaller single-family homes starting in the low $400,000s. On the other end, custom estates on acreage run well past $4 million. The mid-$700,000s to low $900,000s is where most of the traditional single-family inventory lives.

Homes in Eagle averaged 59 days on market in March 2026 — down significantly from 108 days the prior year. That's a real signal. More buyers are back. Well-priced homes in desirable neighborhoods are moving again.
